BRIAN GOUDIE

Chief Executive Officer
Goudie serves as Chief Executive Officer of Aurora Payments and Chairman of the Board of Directors. He is responsible for driving the company’s vision and growth. Prior to Aurora, Goudie enjoyed a long successful career at First Data holding several senior positions in the North American division.

LUIS REQUEJO

Chief Revenue Officer
Founded One Payment in 2009, specialized in payment technology and processing for quick service restaurants, retailers, and service industries amongst others. One Payment boasted over 6,000 merchants in its portfolio. Previously ranked as #1 Independent Sales office for several consecutive years at First Data (Fiserv).

MIKE LEMBERG

Chief Financial Officer

Formerly the CFO at Partnerize, a leading affiliate and partner marketing platform, Mike has managed nearly $10B in consumer online purchases. Mike has worked across various innovative technology companies across service, telecommunications / clearinghouses, software, and sustainable technology.

SHAHIN JAHROMI

Chief Product Officer

Shahin brings 20+ years of experience in product and technology experience. The past 8 years have focused on fintech and financial services. As Head of Product for GreenDot, he has designed and led requirement definitions for both branded and white-labeled consumer debit and prepaid products as well as Banking-as-a-Service API suites. Before joining Aurora, Shahin served as Head of Product for smaller ventures and supported MVP launches.

DEREK MAXWELL

Chief Technology Officer
Derek is a technology leader with 16 years of diverse experience in the software industry, including 8 years specializing in payments. He subscribes to a philosophy of streamlined management and a focus on results rather than simply output. Under Derek’s leadership, engineering teams are lean and efficient, prioritizing quality above all else. As the architect of our company’s technology strategy, Derek guides the development of cutting-edge products and services, and was instrumental in the design of our robust big data platform.

LJ WILLIAMS

Chief Legal Officer

L.J. is an effective leader with an exceptional business acumen and the ability to “get things done”. Prior to joining our team, L.J. spent the past 10 years as the General Counsel for Global Payments Gaming Solutions. Prior to Global Payments, L.J. has held positions as Associate Counsel at Everi (formerly known as Global Cash Access) and Deputy Chief Counsel for the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.

JIM BAUER

Chief Operating Officer
Jim brings 25+ years of experience encompassing operations, production and customer service organizations across ATM, Gaming and Financial Services. Jim was a senior team member at Coin Cloud, Global Payments GS, ACG, Ditronics, and leading gaming manufactures along with AT&T. Jim is a former US Marine and is a graduate of Charter Oak State College and received an MBA from Louisiana State University, Shreveport.

STEVE EGHBALI

Senior Vice President, Finance and M&A
Steve’s responsibilities are financial analysis, modeling and interfacing with the Company’s senior lender & private equity partner. He also executes on strategic acquisitions, including working closely with stakeholders to support sourcing, forecasting, transactions planning, capital strategy, and diligence execution. Steve was previously an investment banker at M&A Capital, a boutique firm in Los Angeles, CA focused on middle market companies.

ALAN GIBBON

Senior Vice President, Risk Management
Alan has over 10 years of experience in payment processing industry. He has held positions as Underwriting Manager at Powerpay/EVO and Director of Strategic Accounts & Underwriting at Nuvei. Alan is the SVP, Risk Management managing Underwriting and Risk Management teams.

JESSICA FINEGAN

Senior Vice President, Portfolio Management
Jessica has been in the industry, in various positions since 2008. Her first role was in Sales. After helping build smaller ISOs, she quickly discovered her passion for merchant and agent support and found a home in Customer Service. Today she is responsible for the entire operations team at Aurora which includes Merchant and Agent support departments.
